1. Introduction and Acceptance Welcome to Propulix. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement is legally binding between you and Propulix regarding your use of our AI-powered interior design transformation service. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.

2. Service Description

2.1 Core Services: Our platform provides comprehensive AI-powered interior design transformation services. Users can upload interior space images for AI-based redesign, leveraging our advanced technology to transform spaces. The platform offers multiple design styles and customization options, allowing users to generate professional interior design visualizations tailored to their preferences. Users can save and manage their design projects within their account dashboard and download transformed designs according to their subscription level.

2.2 Subscription Plans: We offer three distinct subscription tiers to meet different user needs. The Free Plan provides 20 credits per month, suitable for personal use and exploration. The Personal Plan includes 500 credits per month, designed for individual professionals and frequent users. The Commercial Plan offers 5000 credits per month, ideal for businesses and high-volume users. Each image generation consumes one credit, and unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle to ensure fair platform usage.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation Requirements: To create an account, users must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address. All registration information must be accurate and complete. We limit users to one account per person to maintain platform integrity and ensure fair resource allocation. Any attempts to create multiple accounts will result in account termination.

3.2 Account Security: Users bear full responsibility for maintaining their account security. This includes keeping passwords confidential and secure, preventing unauthorized access to their account, regularly updating account information to ensure accuracy, and immediately reporting any security breaches or suspicious activity to our support team. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Payments: All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis, with charges processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified for your region. Applicable taxes will be calculated and applied according to local regulations and tax requirements.

4.2 Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable to maintain fair platform usage. However, we may consider partial refunds in specific circumstances, including extended service unavailability, technical issues that substantially prevent service use, or verified billing errors. We may also provide credit adjustments for documented service interruptions that significantly impact platform usage. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Rights and Responsibilities

5.1 Acceptable Use: Users agree to use the platform responsibly and ethically. This includes uploading only content they have the right to use, employing the service for legitimate interior design purposes, maintaining reasonable resource usage that doesn't impact other users, and respecting all intellectual property rights. Users must ensure their usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform: sharing or selling account credentials, attempting to reverse engineer the service or its components, bypassing or attempting to bypass any system limitations or security measures, uploading illegal, inappropriate, or harmful content, and creating automated requests or scripts without explicit authorization. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Content Ownership: Users retain full ownership rights to their original uploaded images and content. Propulix maintains exclusive ownership of all AI technology, models, algorithms, and platform features used to generate designs. The rights to generated designs are governed by our licensing terms, which vary based on subscription tier. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

6.2 License Rights by Plan: Each subscription tier includes specific licensing rights. Free Plan users receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use only, with all outputs including a watermark and no redistribution rights. Personal Plan users enjoy extended personal use rights, limited commercial applications, and portfolio usage permissions under a single-user license. Commercial Plan users receive comprehensive commercial usage rights, including client work, multiple-user access, and white-label capabilities for professional applications.

7. Service Limitations and Modifications

7.1 Technical Requirements: To ensure optimal service performance, users must meet certain technical requirements. This includes using a compatible and up-to-date web browser, maintaining a stable internet connection capable of handling image uploads and downloads, adhering to supported image format specifications, and respecting maximum file size limitations. We provide detailed technical specifications in our documentation.

7.2 Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify our service to improve user experience and platform functionality. This includes the ability to modify or discontinue features with appropriate notice, update pricing and credit systems to reflect market conditions, adjust technical specifications for better performance, and improve user interface elements. All changes are made with consideration for user needs and platform stability.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Data Collection: Our data collection practices focus on providing and improving our service. We collect account information necessary for platform operation, track usage statistics to optimize performance, store generated designs for user access, maintain payment details for subscription management, and monitor technical metrics for service improvement. All data collection complies with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

8.2 Data Security: We implement comprehensive security measures to protect user data. This includes industry-standard encryption for data transmission and storage, secure data storage systems with regular backups, periodic security audits by qualified professionals, and strict access controls to prevent unauthorized data access. Our security measures are regularly updated to address emerging threats.

9. Termination and Suspension

9.1 Account Termination: We may terminate accounts when necessary to maintain platform integrity. Grounds for termination include violations of these Terms of Service, repeated payment failures despite notification, detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity, and extended periods of account inactivity. We provide notice of termination when appropriate and practical.

9.2 Termination Effects: Upon account termination, certain consequences take immediate effect. Platform access is revoked immediately to protect system security, any unused credits are forfeited, and user content may be deleted after a grace period. No refunds are provided for terminated accounts except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

10. Liability Limitations

10.1 Service Warranty: Our service is provided "as is" without specific warranties. While we strive for optimal performance, we cannot guarantee constant availability or specific results. Performance may vary based on various factors including internet connectivity, server load, and specific design requirements. Users acknowledge that AI-generated results may vary and require human review.

10.2 Liability Limits: Our liability is limited in scope and amount. Maximum liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the previous 12 months. We accept liability only for direct damages proven to result from our negligence. We maintain minimum liability levels required by law and will consider documented losses within these parameters.

11. Updates and Modifications

11.1 Terms Updates: We may update these terms periodically to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updates are made with reasonable notice to users, ensuring continued legal compliance, reflecting service changes accurately, and improving clarity where needed. All updates are documented and archived for reference.

11.2 Notification: Users receive notice of significant changes through multiple channels. We send email notifications for material changes, post platform announcements visible upon login, update the account dashboard with important notices, and provide service updates through our usual communication channels. Users are encouraged to review updates when notified.

12. Support and Communication

12.1 Technical Support: We provide comprehensive technical support through multiple channels. Users can access email support for specific issues, consult our detailed help documentation for common questions, receive platform updates with new feature information, and utilize user guides for self-help. Our support team is trained to address both technical and account-related inquiries.

12.2 Business Hours: Support services operate during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding major holidays. Emergency support is available for critical issues outside regular hours. Response times vary based on issue severity and current support volume.

13. Governing Law

13.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by applicable law in our jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved in designated courts according to local regulations. Arbitration options are available for dispute resolution where appropriate. We respect and comply with local regulations in all operating jurisdictions.

13.2 Compliance: We maintain comprehensive compliance with applicable regulations including data protection laws, consumer protection requirements, industry standards, and regional requirements. Our compliance program is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure continued adherence to all relevant standards.
